Our vision
At ZJR Security, we got tired of professional training being delivered with little enthusiasm, experience and commitment to success. After years of experience working within the security, compliance and medical industries, we saw opportunities for improvement and wanted to share our knowledge to help make a real change.
Our instructors are motivated to deliver the best quality training possible to inspire learners who are motivated to continue driving improvement in their prospective industries. They work with each learner to ensure they thoroughly understand the content and context, setting them up with the best starting point for their new and developing careers.
How it works
Our instructors aim to train individuals that they would want to work with, and you would want to hire.
Our in-house training courses offer employers control over when training takes place, supporting staff retention efforts and ensuring that all staff are trained to the same high standard.
We are proud to work with Highfield Qualifications, which we feel is the best exam board in the industry (biased, we know). Highfield Qualifications have demonstrated excellent compliance across the board, and hold the top spot for the largest amount of Security Industry Association qualifications delivered and assessed through their exam board.
Working with Highfield Qualifications has seen some of the quickest qualification releases we have seen, with courses being released within a matter of days, as opposed to the other training providers where results can take months.

We have closely developed our training programmes to ensure the learner experience is positive and designed to support learners in continuously developing their professional portfolio.
It’s not always easy getting back into the classroom, but with our hands-on, personable teaching style, we aim to make the whole experience enjoyable where you may learn a new thing or two!

Zachary Hewlett-Walker

As the Managing Director of Midas Training Services, Zach leads with a hands-on approach, drawing from years of expertise in the private security sector. He successfully built his own security company, establishing it as the premier provider of security personnel across the Southwest. His commitment to delivering bespoke security service packages has been instrumental in transforming industry standards, with a particular focus on reshaping how security is perceived.
Zach is a firm believer in addressing challenges at their core—through training. With extensive experience as a Lead Instructor across the UK and as an assessor alongside other instructors, he has honed his ability to deliver highly effective, tailored courses.
Understanding that each candidate is unique, Zach adapts his teaching to accommodate various learning styles, ensuring that every participant gets the most out of his courses. We work closely with exam boards to ensure the material is relevant, compliant and useful for learners and their careers. We believe in utilising the latest technology to support learners with their training journey.
Through working with Highfield Qualifications learners can obtain same-day results for MCQ exams, with the opportunity to resit the exam on the same day if necessary.
